1. Agreement & Operations

These terms govern all booking requests, private tour itineraries, and travel services arranged by Ceylon Travel Group, an inbound division operating under Ceylon Travels / Ceylon Travel and Health, Colombo, Sri Lanka.

2. Quotations & Custom Itineraries

All initial itinerary quotes, proposals, and package inquiries submitted on our website are completely free and non-binding. A booking is considered confirmed only upon mutually agreed itinerary sign-off and receipt of the designated deposit.

3. Standard Inclusions & Inclusions Transparency

Unless specifically customized otherwise, our private holiday packages include:

• Private climate-controlled vehicle with fuel, expressway tolls, driver accommodation, and parking.
• Services of an English-speaking tourist chauffeur-guide licensed by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA).
• Accommodation on Bed & Breakfast or Half-Board basis as specified in the agreed itinerary.
• Personal meet-and-greet airport reception and departure transfers.
• 24/7 in-country local support from our Colombo operations office.

4. Exclusions

Unless explicitly itemized as included in your confirmed invoice, the following are not included in tour costs:

• International airfare and travel insurance.
• Sri Lanka Tourist Visa (ETA) fees.
• Personal expenses (laundry, telephone calls, alcoholic beverages, optional tips/gratuities).

5. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment milestones and cancellation refund terms are clearly detailed in every formal invoice. We work closely with our guests to provide flexible rebooking arrangements whenever travel schedules need adjustment.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
